If you don’t see any bike icons on the map, you can use the search feature on the web or mobile app by clicking on the blue magnifying glass button. You can find a specific address or a specific bike this way.
- If your physical location or position on the map is not near any bikes, you may need to zoom out and pan the map to the system area to see bikes on the map.
- Make sure your phone settings allow the application to "use your current location". If this function is not enabled, the application will not know where you are, and will default you to to New York City.
