When you reserve a bike, the keypad screen will activate to make it easier to find.
Match the number on the bike to the bike number you booked on web or mobile.
If you do not see a bike with flashing lights, it is possible that your advanced reservation has expired. If your reservation timed out, the lights will no longer be flashing. You can reserve the bike again through the mobile app or at the keypad.
If you think there has been an error with your advanced reservation or if you simply cannot locate the bicycle, please email your local operator.
