My bike is unresponsive

• A bike that has been flagged for repair will not show up on the interactive map, and will be unresponsive when you walk up to it.

• If the bike you are trying to reserve is unresponsive, please make sure it is flagged for repair through the web, mobile or keypad interface and find a nearby bike to rent.
